Non-stick silicone madeleine mold

Recipe for 18 madeleines (6 people)

Ingredients :

• 150 g flour
• 125 g melted butter
• 125 g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
• 1/2 sachet of baking powder
• 1 tablespoon of milk
• A pinch of salt
• Zest of a lemon or orange (optional)

Preparation :

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
2. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture turns white.
3. Add the cooled melted butter and mix.
4. Add the flour, baking powder and salt, then mix gently.
5. Add a tablespoon of milk and zest if desired.
6. Fill the cavities of the silicone madeleine molds 3/4 full.
7. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until the madeleines are golden brown.
8. Unmold and let cool on a rack before serving.
